  • Senior Pastor

    Doug is Senior Pastor of New Covenant Church in Palmyra, Pennsylvania where he co-pastors with his wife, Dr. Fiona. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, OK and obtained a Bachelor’s in Business from Lee University in Cleveland, TN.
    Doug is passionate about helping people from all walks of life discover their inheritance in the Word of God. Having traveled to Africa, South America and Europe, he continues to help people inherit God’s Promises and experience their benefits. Currently, he has authored eight books including Effervescent Joy, The Outdoorsman, and AnEveryday Hero, Developing the Hero Within which encourages men to release the heroic qualities that exist within every man. (All books are available on Amazon/Kindle).
    Doug and Fiona have been married for 25 years and have two children: Gabriel and Josiah.
    We are blessed at NCC to have Pastor Doug Pyszka as our Senior Pastor.

  • Executive Pastor

    Dr. Fiona Pyszka is a Personal and Professional Development Coach.  Through her company, Fiona Inc., Dr. Pyszka has mentored and personally coached people from all walks of life. Her outstanding record of success in taking people from a lack of direction to focused purpose is unprecedented. Her clients fondly refer to her coaching as being “inc’d”. Corporate and family units have all raved about the results they have gained through her coaching.
    As a wife, mother, and ordained minister Dr. Pyszka is well aware of the demands of life on a person’s entire wellbeing. Her expertise in business focuses on communication, relationship building, and leadership success. Besides the demands of her position as Executive Pastor and coaching business, she is also the President of Bless the Children Home, a non-profit that helps orphans and widows around the world. She has been described as a life motivator, strategist and a problem solver. Her solutions and strategies can be found in one of the now 12 books she has authored.
    Education
    Dr. Fiona has earned her doctorate (Doctor of Business Administration) from Liberty University, an MBA from Regent University, and her BA in Business Administration from Lee University.

    Raised in Guyana, South America, Dr. Pyszka knows what it is like to pursue and fulfill your purpose. She grew up as a pastor’s daughter and was exposed to the many life issues her father counseled leaders and church members to overcome. Whenever her mother was not available to sit in with her father in counseling sessions, as the oldest daughter and her father’s personal assistant, she would sit in the sessions. The wisdom she gained and experience she learned from within those sessions allowed her to start helping people in their life issues from an early age. She also helped to host a local radio program for the church when she was only 15 years old. Her ability to publicly speak and capture an audience was developed from this young age and these life experiences.
    Now
    Today, Dr. Pyszka is an international speaker and host of her own TV Program. Her most powerful and influential messages address being Fearless, Fulfilling your Purpose and Developing Strategy for Work and Life.
    We are pleased to have Dr. Pyszka as our Executive Pastor at New Covenant Church. She works alongside her husband Pastor Doug, in helping people discover their purpose and inheritance in Christ Jesus.

  • Missions Pastor

    Gabriel Pyszka serves as the Missions Pastor at New Covenant Church in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, where he leads efforts to equip and mobilize the Church for global outreach. With a deep passion for evangelism and discipleship, Gabriel has preached the gospel on six continents and ministered in over a dozen nations. He is the founder of Humans of the World, a global missions ministry dedicated to reaching unreached people groups with the message of Jesus through in person preaching, crusades, TV ministry, and digital media. In addition to his ministry work, Gabriel owns Created on Purpose Productions, a digital media company that provides video production, editing, and creative services for a wide range of clients and industries.

    Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and completed two years of ministry training at Rhema Bible Training College. He previously worked at Kenneth Hagin Ministries and has been actively involved in ministry since his youth as a pastor’s kid. Gabriel brings a unique blend of pastoral care, creative vision, and global experience to his role, with a heart to see the lost saved, the Church empowered, and every nation reached with the gospel.

  • Youth Pastors

    Nelson Rhoads is a commercial and residential carpenter by trade, an outdoorsman by hobby, an ordained minister, a skilled musician, and a graduate of PA Ministers Association and Rhema Bible Correspondence School. Nelson is currently completing a doctorate degree with Warrior Notes School of Ministry.

    Nadine Rhoads is the owner of On Purpose Cleaners, LLC, a gardener and artist by hobby, an ordained minister, and an ACSI certified elementary school teacher. Nadine has served and travelled as a missionary kid and missionary in nine countries. Nadine is currently completing a doctorate degree with Inheritance Bible Institute.

    Pastors Nelson and Nadine Rhoads are committed to serving the Lord by helping people discover and develop their purpose and inheritance in Jesus Christ, follow the voice of Holy Spirit, and receive the love of the Father. They accomplish this through teaching the Word of God, prayer, and writing books. Nelson has authored five books, and Nadine has authored nine books. They are youth pastors at New Covenant Church of Palmyra. They are board members of Bless the Children Home, Guyana. The parents of four adult children and two daughters-in-love, and grandparents to one granddaughter.

  • Executive Assistant

    Lisa Schmidt is an amazing woman of God. She has her bachelor’s from Penn State University in Dairy and Animal Science, and has worked for multiple companies, such as Purina, before she became a stay at home mom. Lisa (and her husband Paul) have been married for 33 years and have successfully raised 4 children who are now ages 24-30. She homeschooled her kids at different times and became a Barton Certified Dyslexic Tutor, so she could teach her boys the rules of reading. 

    Once all of her kids were off to high school, she became the administrative assistant to Pastor Doug and Dr. Fiona and has worked for New Covenant Church for about 10 years. Acquiring many skills and roles while working here, Lisa is a certified notary, which fits well with her eye for detail and has edited multiple published books. She is also a graduate of RHEMA Correspondence Bible School. The next goals in her sights include getting her private pilot’s license, writing many books of adventurous revelation and graduating from Inheritance Bible Institute.

    Lisa Schmidt is a testimony that you can live a legacy of overcoming the status quo and she has taught all who encounter her, that they are worth defending, and that life is so much better with freedom!
