Dr. Fiona Pyszka

Dr. Fiona Pyszka is a Personal and Professional Development Coach, international speaker, and the Executive Pastor at New Covenant Church. Through her company, Fiona Inc., she has guided people from every walk of life into clarity, confidence, and purpose. Many of her clients affectionately refer to her transformative process as being “inc’d.”

As a wife, mother, and ordained minister, Dr. Pyszka understands the unique demands placed on a woman’s wellbeing. Her work specializes in communication, relationship building, and leadership success, offering practical strategies that help women thrive in both their personal and professional worlds. She also serves as President of Bless the Children Home, a nonprofit supporting orphans and widows around the globe.

Raised in Guyana, Dr. Pyszka began serving others early in life while assisting her father during counseling sessions and later hosting a local radio program at age fifteen. These experiences shaped her passion for empowering women to rise with courage, walk in purpose, and embrace their God-given identity.

Today, Dr. Pyszka speaks internationally and hosts her own TV program where she shares messages on purpose, fearless living, and strategic growth. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University, an MBA from Regent University, and a BA in Business Administration from Lee University.
